The product itself came packaged as expected. Nothing special to note, but they were stuffed with styrofoam to help keep the shoe's original form. Love that!
The shoes themselves are a made with a soft suede upper and a stacked 4inch heel. The closure on the shoe is comprised of an adjustable strap with antiqued brass detail and ankle cutouts. They were extremely easy to put on and true to size like the website states.
If you are interested in these booties make sure you order your actual size. I should ordered then a half size smaller myself. As far as comfort goes the shoes were comfy overall and didn't leave the bottom of my feet aching.
As for the VIP Membership I really have found the curated products in my showroom really do reflect things I would buy. This type of subscription service is perfect for any busy mama or lady that is always on-the-go with little to no time for shopping! You can't go wrong with the discount as a VIP and easy exchanges or returns for store credit.
