We try to integrate fish into our weekly meal plan and my family loves this recipe! This is another meal that takes minutes to prep and cooks without supervision!

Baked Lemon Pepper Salmon

- Set your oven to 350 degrees
- While your oven is preheating, prepare all ingredients and lightly butter the baking dish
- Place garlic, thyme, and 2tbsp of butter in the microwave for 30secs until melted.
- Rub in a pinch of lemon pepper seasoning on each side of your fish. Then place in the baking dish leaving space in between each piece.
- Place chopped green onion in space between fish.
- Place a lemon slice on the center of each piece of fish.
- Pour garlic, butter, and thyme mixture over each piece of fish.
- Cover pan with foil
- Place pan in oven and cook for 20-30mins (depends on how you like your fish)
- Once all ingredients have cooked to your satisfaction, remove from oven, and serve!
